Thank you, Laura. The individual ones were really fun. I should have take a photo of the bottom of the plate -- I will. The lizard who is climbing off wraps around to the bottom of the plate. I just tried to make them wacky. I used paint. I wish I had used some blue for a more southwestern style, but alas. Thanks for your encouragement.

We'll take 8 dinner plates, 12 side plates, a serving platter and the lounge lizard cocktail shaker, please Ben. Seriously, stop being so good at stuff!

That’s hilarious! My first artistic commission! Sweet! If you only knew how many things I have failed at. Some were just “ok no problem, i skinned my knee but I tried.” One had truly disastrous consequences.

Ben, this is so cool! Love this mob of lizards. Indulging the creative in any medium is so therapeutic, imho. I bet this was really fun to make, too. Thanks for posting!

Kate, thank you so much. It was a blast to make -- most of all the fun designs of the lizards. I’m really glad you enjoyed it. And I appreciate your encouragement.

Of course! I've had a crazy week so have missed reading your posts lately. I finally have space to catch up—with dark roast, quiet, and a 71° day. Life is good!

Reading good writing is not an act of altruism. Btw, no idea what kinds of music you like, but I can recommend a recent find I'm enjoying. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cKC_sh1QGy0

This looks really great! The fact that each one has its own unique design makes it look even better🙂 Did you use marker or paint? I paint on glass a lot but don’t like the long curing time in the oven.
